Attention Students- The parking along the front of the building is for visitors only. Anyone found parking in the visitor parking will be ticketed, towed and lose privileges to park on campus. You may park in the white striped areas of the parking lot if there are no more open stalls in the back of the parking lots only.

Saturday School- This Saturday School there will be a Prom Work Day from 8-12. This is worth double detention hours. You must be here at 8am to be let in, but can leave before 12p as necessary.
Prom- Juniors and Seniors: Prom is April 27th from 7:30-11:30pm in the ACHS gym. Tickets are now available in the office. Dance tickets are free for ACHS Jrs. & Srs. and $15 for both ACHS Fresh/Soph as well as non-ACHS students.
If you are planning on bringing a non-ACHS student or an ACHS underclassman (Freshman/Sophomore), you must complete a guest form. Those are available for pick up in the office and due by 4/26 by 3pm.
Additionally, any student who owes detention time or class fees will not be able to purchase tickets or attend the prom until those are completed or paid. After prom is from 12 midnight to 3am at the Alley. Tickets are $15 for each person, and are also available to purchase in the office.
Attention Jr/Sr Parents:
April is here! It's Prom month! The AfterProm committee wants to invite your student(s) to The Alley, midnight-3am, following the formal Prom dance. Students do NOT have to attend Prom to attend the AfterProm event!
Donations are still being accepted! We have some big ticket items to shop for. We also need gift cards to AMC and Regal, Cabela's, Dick's Sporting Goods, WalMart, Target, GameStop, Best buy, Xbox, and Amazon. We need parent volunteers for our event! Take a look at the different opportunities for you to help and sign up today!

AP Bubble Session
Students that have signed up to take an AP exam this spring will need to attend the required pre-bubble session this Friday, 4.19.19 in the commons during seminar. Students will prepare their answer sheets for the exams.
Senior Student Emails-
Student Google accounts will go away upon graduation. Please remember to move any google docs or emails that you would like to keep to a personal account.

National Prescription Drug Take Back event will be at the Andover Walgreens April 27th from 10am-2pm. Please see the following flyer for more information HERE
Year-End Notes from Andover Food Service-
Beginning May 6th when lunch account balances fall to zero or below, charges will not be allowed. This year-end policy allows Andover Food Services to prepare for end of the year accounting. Signs will be posted in the cafeterias to give middle and high school student’s time to prepare for the zero balance cut-off policy. Also during this time, the cashiers begin informing students as the come through the lunch line.
Students who qualify for free meal benefits and have negative lunch account balances (due to a la carte or snack milk purchases) will not be denied a school meal, as established by USDA. Please remember that a negative or positive account balance in a student account at year-end will carry over to the new school year with a returning student. Graduating students or students withdrawing from the Andover School District will be required to settle their accounts prior to being released. Final lunch system emails will be distributed on Friday, May 24th. It will reflect purchases through the last day of school, May 22nd.
Deposits into school lunch accounts can be made at individual school kitchens, online on www.usd385.org on the” Payments for Meals & Fees” tab, or at the Support Services Building at 202 W Market. Emails concerning lunch balances will come from the Food Service Department via Bonnie Scarth. You may contact the Food Service department at 316-218-4603.

2) Inform parents of Spring Parent Meeting: immediately following the 7 PM 8th Grade Invitation and Signing Day Ceremony on Wed., April 17, in the ACHS Auditorium.

4) Plan to attend the Total Team Meeting on May 1st, 7:30 AM, at ACHS (Location T.B.A.)
