FESTIVAL OF BANDS

5:00- 8:00 p.m.
Mark your calendars! Your family and friends are invited to join us for a night of good eats, great shopping, and fabulous music. The event is an opportunity for our Andover Central Bands, grades 5th-12th, to perform and it’s also the Jaguar Band Boosters largest fundraising event!
If your family is new to this event the following information will help you navigate the evening. Enclosed you’ll find a band warmup- and performance-time schedule, along with a dinner ticket order form. The dinner is prepared by Carrabba’s Italian Grill and is served from 5:00PM to 7:30PM in the high school commons area. Tickets for the Carrabba's dinner must be ordered so that we can anticipate how many dinners to provide.Tickets will not be available at the door.
The performance schedule advises you when your child warms up with his or her band. School grade and concert performances are also noted. All concerts take place in the high school auditorium and you may dine before or after your student’s concert.
A silent auction is located in the commons area as well and is open until 8:00 PM (Bidding will end at 7:30PM)We have several items to bid on this year in all price ranges! You do not need to be present to win! If you have a winning bid, and have already gone home, we will telephone you. Several pick up dates in the high school band room will be made available. Please bring cash, check or credit (NEW) for payments.
