Requesting transcripts online

For current seniors and graduates of Andover Central High School

If you have an underclassman at ACHS or another high school requesting records please contact our Registrar, Vicki Goertzen at goertzev@usd385.org to request the transcript.

Andover Central High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. This link will open a new browser.

Order Credentials from Parchment

If your student is a current senior, we went through how to set up their accounts beginning at the end of their junior year.

We uploaded the roster, and a registration code has been emailed to the current seniors’ school email address. Click the link in the email to take you to the set up page in Parchment.

The service is free for current students to send transcripts to most colleges. If a transcript states a fee is required or if you have any other questions, please stop by the counseling office to see Mrs. Goertzen.

Please note that transcripts will not be processed over school holidays or weekends.  

 

Common problems with Parchment accounts

When I went to reset my password, the link said "you have already clicked the link."

The message you are encountering is due to your email server clicking on the link before you can and this would not be a Parchment related issue. The quickest way to resolve this is by copying the link in a browser window opposite from the one that is being used. For example: if using Google Chrome switch to Firefox or Incognito. You would want to request a new password reset as the previous link will no longer work. 

After doing the above and you still run into the same issue the only option is to contact Mrs. Goertzen (goertzev@usd385.org) to delete the account to start fresh.
